What is Tormere?

Tormere is a market intelligence and research platform that aggregates public financial disclosure data into one place. It covers SEC filings, congressional trades, institutional holdings, short volume, government contracts, earnings calendars, treasury yields, ETFs, stock research, and portfolio analytics.

Tormere Analytics & Tormere Research

Tormere operates two divisions. Tormere Analytics is the data platform described above. Tormere Research is our editorial desk, publishing the After-Market Digest and other market commentary under Articles. Both operate under Tormere Analytics LLC — commentary from Tormere Research is analysis, not investment advice.

Recent Updates

10-27-26Commodity futures daily changes are now measured against the same contract, so a front-month roll no longer shows up as a large false move.

10-27-26The dashboard Indices + VIX tile now shows the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 and Dow Jones at their cash index levels alongside the Russell 2000.

10-27-26On company research pages, Reporting Insiders now appears only under the Form 4 tab, and free accounts see congressional trades only within the same recent window as the free Congress page.

10-27-26Utility revenue now uses total operating revenue consistently across every quarter, so quarterly figures sum to the fiscal year for companies such as Duke Energy.

10-26-26Price-to-sales now uses each company's full top line, net interest income plus noninterest income for banks and total operating revenue for utilities, instead of the fee-only revenue tag that overstated bank P/S by up to 15x.
